Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026 · SkyGrid — Card Game

The short version: solo play collects nothing. Online play needs a Sign in with Apple account, a display name, and your matches — that's it. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no selling data. You can delete your account in the app any time.

Playing offline

Solo and pass-and-play matches, statistics, and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.

Playing online (Family mode)

Online play requires an account so your matches can follow you. When you use it, we store:

That's the complete list. We do not collect your email address, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprints.

What we don't do

Where your data lives

Online match data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the United States, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Face-down cards are only ever known to the server — they are never transmitted to any player's device until revealed by the rules.

Deleting your account

In the app: Family (online) → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, display name, group memberships, and notification token from our servers. Matches already in progress continue for the other participants. You can also revoke SkyGrid's access under Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security on your device.

Children

SkyGrid is a family game, and online groups are invite-only — there is no contact with strangers, no chat, and no user-generated content beyond display names. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above. A parent or guardian can remove a child's account with the in-app deletion described above.

Changes

If a future version adds features that change what's collected (for example, optional ads), this policy will be updated first and the effective date above will change.
